AI Backend Developer

Collaborate with the front-end developers and other development team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Should be able to design, develop, test, and deploy backend services to support AI applications and product development.
• Must develop and maintain APIs to support data ingestion, model training, and inference services.
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
• Should collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into backend services.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and provide project status updates.
• Should be able to Record data and report it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
• Must be able to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns.
• Implement and maintain database schemas and data access layers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI and backend development.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with backend frameworks such as Flask or Django.
• Must have experience working with a relational database, such as PostgreSQL/ SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Good knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for model deployment.
• Must be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
